Terms of service
Updated 4 October 2026. These terms apply to AllRadars.com and every radar on it. By using the service or joining the waiting list you accept them.
1. Who we are
AllRadars is provided by Mojo Company Finland Oy (Business ID 2393510-8), Finland. Contact: hello@allradars.com.
2. The service
AllRadars collects information from public sources, such as the EU's Tenders Electronic Daily, and offers calculators that run in your browser. Free features need no account. Paid plans are described on the Plans page and open in early 2027.
3. Information is guidance, not advice
Radar results and calculator outputs are estimates based on the data you enter and on public sources. We check our sources but cannot guarantee that every notice, deadline or figure is complete or correct. Always confirm deadlines and requirements from the original source. Nothing on AllRadars is financial, legal or tax advice.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. VAT is added according to the rules of your country. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance about any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of a paid subscription. If you ask us to start the service right away, you agree that you lose this right once the service has been fully provided, and that for a partly used period we may keep a proportional share of the fee.
6. Your use of the service
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to break security, or reselling of results without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed tender or lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where mandatory consumer law does not allow them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
9. Law and disputes
Finnish law applies. Please contact us first; we answer within 5 working days. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or get help from the European Consumer Centre Finland, and keep the protection of the mandatory law of their home country. Business disputes are settled in the District Court of Southwest Finland.
